释义	法律分析：分手费一般不能得到法律支持，但是当事人另有约定的除外。法律并没有对分手费做出规定，所以男女之间分手，一方向另一方索要分手费因没有法律依据，一般不会得到法律的支持，但也不被法律所强制。如果有愿意支付分手费的，按照意思自治原则可以支付。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第三条当事人提起诉讼仅请求解除同居关系的，人民法院不予受理；已经受理的，裁定驳回起诉。当事人因同居期间财产分割或者子女抚养纠纷提起诉讼的，人民法院应当受理。
